At WTC Creatives LLC, we really strive to exceed our customers’ expectations. Our goal is to give you the tools and resources you need to succeed.

However, in case it does turn out that you’re not completely satisfied with our product, here are our refund policies.

Explore Onslow Refund Policy

When you sign up for Explore Onslow, you immediately gain access to a lot of information much of which is only available to active Explore Onslow members. You also gain access to downloadable tools and a very active community of members who openly share their experiences.

Because of the nature of the Product, we only provide refunds for new users if we are notified within 14 days of payment. Other exceptions for refunds are listed below.

No partial refunds are given should you terminate a subscription before your renewal date; however you will retain access to Explore Onslow until the end of your payment term.

Protecting You as a Member

Because members of Explore Onslow gain the most value when they are open about their businesses in the community, we just can’t allow bad actors to take advantage of the information. This policy protects Explore Onslow members by keeping out those people who would take advantage of others.

So we’ve gone above and beyond to make it really clear exactly how Explore Onslow works and what’s in it so you won’t have any bad surprises (only really good ones) when you sign up. And if you still have questions, feel free to reach out to us on our contact form.

What to Do if You’re a member of Explore Onslow and Aren’t Satisfied

We’ve discovered that there is very rarely an issue for an Explore Onslow member that we can’t solve with a little communication. Here are some guidelines for getting the help you need if you’re having trouble with any aspect of Explore Onslow.

Exceptions to this Policy

The Explore Onslow refund policy applies to new signups as well as renewals. However, if a member forgets or neglects to cancel their account prior to renewal, we will gladly cancel their account and refund their renewal fee as long as they request it in writing within 30 days of their renewal date.
